		James Fretheim, Superintendent jaf@nwc-cov.org Jim has overall responsibility for developing and communicating the vision for the Conference and its churches. Pastoral placement is also an important part of Jim's responsibilities.
		Mark Stromberg, Associate Superintendent mark@nwc-cov.org In addition to providing overall assistance to the Superintendent, much of Mark’s work is in the areas of leadership development, revitalization, strategic planning and church health assessment. Mark also addresses legal, financial, property, and other administrative issues for the Conference.
		Jon Kramka, Director of Mission Development jon@nwc-cov.org As Director of Mission Development, Jon supports local churches in planting ministries in their communities. His primary areas of ministry include: urban and ethnic ministry; youth ministry; Adventurous Christians camp; and congregational community engagement.
		Mike Brown, Director of Church Planting mike@nwc-cov.org Mike’s role is focused on new church development. His primary responsibilities are finding, assessing, training and coaching new planting pastors, helping new churches develop well-conceived plans, providing resources for new plants, and helping our existing churches in their efforts to partner or parent new churches.
		Cheryl Theilen, Administrative Assistant cheryl@nwc-cov.org Cheryl manages the Conference office and performs administrative functions, provides staff support, does the bookkeeping and is responsible for Conference communications.
